We collect and process, instead, the personal data that you send us and therefore: registration data, addresses and contact data (tel, email, web addresses or on social media, etc.), photographs, curricula, material and communications that you send us in relation to professional or informative requests on which we dialogue, tax data for cases in which our relationship involves accounting or commitments on both parties. We do not accept in any case to receive any sensitive data concerning you. The processing of all your data takes place on the basis of your explicit consent and, residually, for the activities and obligations provided for by law – see the next point. If you provide us with personal data of third parties (for example in case of use of the 'send to a friend' feature where activated) you must also send us a contact address of these people so that we can also send them the privacy policy and the request for their consent to process their data, otherwise we delete them within 24 hours. H. HOW WE TAKE CARE OF A VALUABLE ASSET: YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We adopt the security measures established both by national regulations and by the GDPR with reference both to the "default" precautions and by designing additional and specific ones in the face of particular treatments, in order to maximize the security of the data and avoid losses, errors, illegitimate or illicit uses or unauthorized access to them. Our information systems and computer programs are configured in such a way as to reduce the use of personal and identification data to the minimum necessary, for the purposes pursued from time to time. For data security we use various advanced technologies and procedures of a physical, technical and organizational nature. The servers on which the data are stored are located in places with controlled access and for the transmission of certain data we take specific precautions such as the HTTPS protocol. You can help us update and keep your personal data correct by notifying us of any changes to the data you have provided to us or by acting online. It is known that the absolute security of data transmission via the Internet cannot be guaranteed, as there is a situation of potential objective vulnerability connected to the same surfing on the Net, a situation that all users must accept, internally, however, we work to do everything possible so that the direct line with our interlocutors involves as few risks as possible. Finally, we adopt authorization measures for consultants and / or external subcontractors who see your data (such as appointments of Data Processor or Sub-Responsible for Privacy, or agreements of Joint Controller) and periodically proceed to internal evaluation sessions of our services and our organization, also, when appropriate, with meetings of impact assessments ("impact assessment"), at the end of which we have already prepared, where necessary, an implementation of our privacy system through the appointment of a so-called "D.P.O."
